Payroll/Customer Service Representative/Part time

You will enter payroll information, and help problem solve daily. This will be a part-time position working up to 30 hours -Data Entry of client’s payroll into internal payroll system -Take client calls in regards to questions about payroll data and deductions -Answer multiple emails in regards to updates for payroll -Troubleshoot changes and cancellations -Additional duties assigned Requirements -1-2 years recent work experience with payroll -Telephone customer service experience preferred -Accurate alphanumeric data entry -Good math & spelling skills -Good organizational and time management skills to meet rapid deadlines -High attention to detail -Excellent verbal and written communications skills -Proficient with MS Word, Excel & Outlook -Bilingual Punjabi/English strongly desired Send your resume in MS Word format to Fabrizia Smith fabrizia@denham.net or call (559) 222.5284 if you have any questions.
