Job Description
Design and direct most phases of a building project as well as make sure that the project meets all building codes, i.e.environmental, safety, structural, zoning, and aesthetic standards.
Prepare construction documents..
Apply knowledge of federal, state and local building administrative codes relating to building projects
Apply knowledge of modern architectural methods and background.
Coordinate with other consultants Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural and Landscape to complete the other disciplines of the project.
Documents and disseminates information about key learnings and best practices to team members.
Monitors design modifications and changes to ensure budget adherence.
Supports the implementation of company programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote key messages and achieve competitive advantage.
Stays abreast on architectural trends in the field.
