As a busser, you help keep that promise to our guests! Our bussers are a fundamental part of our team keeping our dining room clean and allowing us to seat our guests in a timely manner.

Busser Benefits:

Busser Responsibilities

* Ensure cleanliness of the dining room, parking lot, bathrooms, and server stations prior to open, during the shift and after the close.

* Set up ice bins, chip station, hot sauce, and cuts limes

* Clean any spills or messes

* Keep tables turning quickly by promptly cleaning and sanitizing after the guest leaves

* Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash from the facility

Of course! As a busser you will learn the floor plan and table numbers, meaning you can easily learn how to be a host or run food as an expo. Once you feel comfortable in your bussing role and want to continue to grow with us, you can learn how to become a server. If being a server is not your ideal position, we can teach you the to-go department.

* Are under the age of 18 or prefer to not wait tables

* Like the restaurant atmosphere, but do not want to interact directly with the customers
