**Beechwood Sales & Service**, a local Anheuser-Busch and Craft beer distributor in New Berlin, WI has an excellent career opportunity as a Night Warehouse Supervisor/Management Trainee. This is a hands-on, entry level administrative role that will provide you valuable knowledge and experience in the beverage and distribution industry. This individual will be assigned to learn and assist with NIGHT SHIFT loading operations at our growing company. In addition, this individual will be given the opportunity to provide input on new strategies and initiatives for process improvements across the entire Operations Department. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in the Business or Supply Chain/Operations field. This position will provide valuable preparation for follow-on management and administrative positions within our company. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team.

**Essential Job Functions:**

* Work with the night shift to learn loading operations and administrative procedures

* Assist Night Manager in Supervisory functions and serve as back-up Night Manager when necessary

* Confirm the placement of new products in the warehouse, as well as audit location maintenance of items

* Verify counts of bulk and pick pallets during the loading process

* Prepare daily reports analyzing the shift's performance

* Check for accuracy on all applicable reports

* Maintain item locations and pick path sequence in the warehouse

* Key in nightly breakage report and submit monthly breakage report to Warehouse Manager

* Special projects as assigned

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree with a preferred emphasis in business or supply chain management

* Excellent verbal and written communication ability

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Experience in wholesale delivery and/or warehouse operations

* Strong math skills

* Strong leadership skills

* Confident decision-making ability

* Must be able to work night shift Sunday-Thursday

* Safety programs and OSHA experience is preferred
