**Edwards Health Care Services (EHCS)**, *a division of GEMCORE*, is a well-established and growing national direct-to home medical supply provider. We are seeking a highly motivated **Customer Service Representative** to join our high energy team. The Customer Service Representatives primary role is answer incoming calls while focusing on customer satisfaction.

* This is a full-time, non-exempt, entry level position.

* This position is located in Hudson, OH.

* Schedule is 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

* Employer paid vacation and paid holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Treat both new and existing customers like a family member.

* Reception of all incoming telephone calls and email.

* Set-up new customer accounts for medical products service; such as diabetes supplies and breast pumps.

* Obtain insurance, referral, physician, and patient demographic information.

* Enter/Manage all refill orders for existing customers.

** Requirements**

**Core Competencies**

* Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and computer skills with the desire to communicate with customers and prospects a majority of each work day.

* Effective at retaining and disseminating health insurance plan information.

* Word processing skill of 40 WPM.

**Education/Experience**

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
