Position Title: Inside Sales Relief Driver Class B

* Evanston, WY

* Monday through Friday 7:30/8:00 to 4:30/5:00

As a Inside Sales Relief Driver , you will sell industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding supplies and related equipment to customers. Answers customer questions. Advise customers on equipment and materials needed and procedures to follow to complete tasks they wish to perform. Demonstrate use of equipment. Arranges for delivery of cylinders and hard-goods. Stocks and maintains showroom displays. Obtains or transfers merchandise to and from other locations. Prepare invoices, accept payments and make change. Wrap or bag merchandise for customers and assist in loading and unloading cylinders. Drive a class B truck delivering goods to customers when primary driver is unavailable.

In particular, you will:

* Communicate by phone and in person with external and internal customers.

* Establish and maintain good customer relations.

* Maintain neat, clean and professional personal appearance.

* Ensure all administrative and accounting related procedures are strictly observed.

* Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.

* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

* Maintain and restock warehouse and store.

* Operate forklift and other equipment as required.

* Perform duties of backup driver when necessary (if qualified).

* Perform general housekeeping duties as required

**Qualifications**

* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

* Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.

* Ability to routinely lift 25 - 50 lbs., and occasionally lift 51 - 80 lbs., frequent bending.

* Must be able to work overtime, when necessary.

* Candidate to have CDL B with Hazmat .

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

* Setup and promotion of welding equipment and processes.

* Some experience in handling compressed gases.

* Customer service or sales experience.
