We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its potential customers. A qualified candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and have basic customer service skills. Call Center Representatives need to handle many different tasks. Vital among these responsibilities is the ability to manage time well, use software, scripts, and tools provided, to connect potential clients and companies that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly and accurately
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics and problem solve quickly
Take opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Document conversations in our call center database in comprehensible ways
Be willing to participate in personal development to increase performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
Friendly & Outgoing personality
Ability to work independently
Previous experience in a customer support role but not necessary
History of meeting or exceeding standard performance goals
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Remain customer focused with different personality types
Capacity to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree or equivalent
