Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant

Epic Heart And Vascular Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) OR Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team! We are a leading cardiovascular practice dedicated to providing compassionate, top-quality care to patients with a wide range of heart and vascular conditions.

We are a passionate team of cardiologists, primary care physicians, physician assistant and nurse practitioners dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients with heart and vascular conditions. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology, and we offer a warm and supportive environment for our patients and staff.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive cardiac examinations and assessments.
• Diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension.
• Work with interventional cardiologist to develop patient specific individualized treatment plan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as EKGs, Holter monitors, and stress tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and education.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for cardiac procedures.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families, providing clear and empathetic communication.
