What You'll Do:

• Assist the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in supporting Management on various analytical projects, including operating and capital budgets, goodwill impairment valuation testing, financial planning models, and long-term projections
• Provide analysis of operational performance and financial results for Management in preparation for monthly operational reporting and quarterly Earnings Releases
• Provide support for various investor relations activities and perform analysis using larger data sets to create clear, simple reporting for the reader to digest
• Prepare financial presentations for Management and the Board of Directors
• Provide timely, quality data analysis for investor relations activities, including analysis of individual analyst models, support for investor conferences and presentations
• Ad hoc analyses regarding peer companies and relative performance measures
• Assist with administrative and analytical support for the Capital Committee
• Work on additional ad hoc analytical studies and research projects as appropriate
• Provide analytics support for quarterly Earnings Releases and conference call
• Develop quantitative and qualitative analysis for senior management and other groups in the organization
• Other duties as assigned

Skills You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree required. A focus on Finance, Data Analysis, and/or Data Modeling would be advantageous
• Candidates must possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently, think strategically, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proven process improvement, ability to plan, organize, and complete projects
• Ability to make decisive conclusions and judgments with limited guidance
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis is required
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Excel is required
• Experience with OneStream is a plus
• Skilled in analyzing financial statements and researching significant fluctuations/variances or performance trends
• Ability to prioritize and handle simultaneous projects under tight time pressures
• Requires the ability to analyze and interpret financial results
• Expertise in data analysis and synthesis with the ability to communicate with and credibly engage colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Requires project management skills, including time management and prioritization, and knowledge of tools and resources available for various types of assessments
• Requires knowledge of finance principles and processes
• The ability to analyze and articulate volume, price, and cost variances including mix impact and the effect on earnings
• Relationship between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
• Understanding of tax implications and the impacts on earnings and valuations
• Able to use common office tools and technology, such as cell/office telephone, calculator, computer, and other electronic devices
• Travel, <5%
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum direct supervision
• Work in a stressful, detailed, and deadline-oriented environment that requires thinking and acting quickly and creatively to resolve problems
• Memorize and recall detailed information
• Must be comfortable communicating with employees throughout the organization, including via email and phone
