**Warehouse Operations Manager Wakefield**

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to head up the Warehouse team in our Wakefield depot. Reporting in to the Head of Operations youll manage the daily operation and performance of the warehouse and its team in order to provide the expected service to our customers within budget.

The successful applicant will deliver best in class results via a combination of experience, enthusiasm, determination but most importantly, within a motivational and engaging leadership culture

Essentially, success in this role will be achieved through effective recruitment, engagement and development of people to provide a warehouse operation that delivers the highest levels of operational efficiencies, service excellence and productivity within our business.

You will be capable of leading, coaching and developing your staff to manage a number of KPIs, including service levels, stock, inventory, productivity and credits as well as people factors such as training and attendance.

All warehouse assets need to be closely controlled to keep costs to a minimum and you will work closely with operations and central colleagues to make sure that internal service standards are as high as external ones.

You will need to be up to date and compliant with all health & safety and food hygiene legislation. You will have a track record of managing teams of up to 150 people and a proven history in KPIs achievement.

You will be flexible with hours of working (being a 24 hour operation), able to clearly identify and prioritise your load work to ensure that all tasks are completed within timescales.
