SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative maintains the client relations of the company. The Inside Sales Rep. handles the following tasks:

•COMPLETING RECRUITING CALLS
•CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS
•FILLING JOB ORDERS

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
Skills: Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be computer literate.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess a valid driver’s license. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Environment: Full-time, sit-down position. Must be able to work at a computer for 8 hours a day.
