• Shift: 8am- 5pm Monday- Friday
• Starting pay $18.00 an hour

Job Duties as an RCA Distribution Specialist:

• Maintain files for each client thoroughly and accurately for RCA Program.
• Generate client payment request for the RCA program to be submitted to administration.
• Assist with the distribution of RCA benefit to clients through home visits, via mail, or in-office inquiry.
• Enter updates of clients’ data into the agency database using Client Track.
• Prepare program documents as required.
• Communicates regularly with clients and caseworkers to ensure RCA program compliance to assure continuity of payments.
• Prepare and submit reports as required to the management and accounting team.
• Document all interactions with clients in client file through case notes.
• Other duties delegated by his/her supervisor that are relevant to their position.

Job Requirements for a RCA Distribution Specialist:

• Demonstrate understanding of Refugees and Refugee Resettlement processes.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Display a proactive and positive work attitude.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
