We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Skills, Proficient with Excel
- Prior knowledge and experience with distribution and warehousing procedures
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communications with customers in a professional, prompt, and effective manner.
- Accurately process inbound and outbound paperwork.
- Check all orders for special requests, and input into Customer Shipping Portal.
- Maintain records and reports to ensure inventory records are current and correct.
- Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material.
- Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material.
- Assist customers with shipping inquiries.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
