Cragun's Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for numerous Resort Servers and Bartenders to join our food and beverage team! Work in any of the following

• Cabana Cafe Server (must be at least 16 years of age)
• Breakfast Server
• Banquet Server (must be 16 years of age)
• Resort Host (must be 16 years of age)
• Bear Trap Bartender (18 years of age)

The purpose of the server is to see the guest through their food and beverage experience while providing positive and quality food service in any of our settings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from the guest
• Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change
• Set tables in accordance to the guest and provide assistance with their concerns
• Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order
• Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses in a timely, friendly manner
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Requires the ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner
• Must be organized, personable, and enthusiastic
• Must possess a high regard for customer service
• Must be at least 16 years of age in most roles (18 if serving alcohol)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
