About this job
We are looking for an experienced female HCA/CNA to help with a female Parkinson's client at Atria Willow Glen. Care is M-F 7a-7p. Rate would be $22-$23 depending on experience. Client is 95 years old. 5'0, 80lbs. She is a high fall risk and and will need safety supervision. Has limited mobility. Transfers to and from chair/bed. Uses a walker.
Help with personal/incontinence care such as bathing/dressing, hyenine, ambulation, toileting, diaper change, feeding.
We also have some other opportunities for another female client in Cupertino that has 12 hour shifts. Needs transfer/lifting as well. We also have other clients need 4-8 hour shifts.
