Were looking for a customer service representative who is excited to work from home (100% remote).

Youre someone who can provide concierge style phone service to our customers in a helpful and respectful manner on every call. Youre great on the phone and youre confident you can always find a way to connect with anyone you talk with. Were looking for top-notch people with coachable attitudes so this isnt for everyone.

This is **a part-time role starting immediately**. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Shifts available between 8am EST and 11pm EST Monday through Sunday. ****As a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Call Center Representative you will have:****

+ **Great Phone Etiquette** manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

+ **Be a Problem Solver** identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions

+ **Tech Savvy** document customer interaction according to company operating procedures

+ **Coachable** open to following phone scripts when handling rejections

+ Fluent in English and Spanish

+ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
