DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Works with stakeholders across the organization to develop processes for Nintendo of America (NOA) that ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards for North and South America.
  • Reviews product label and packaging to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Implements safety and wireless certification process for North and South America.
  • Monitors and analyzes compliance requirements from various sources for impact on Nintendo products and processes.
  • Provides education and training to NOA departments on compliance requirements.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance standards are met with a focus on business impact of regulatory risks.
  • Submits and maintains State and Federal product regulatory compliance registrations.
  • Gathers and submits product compliance data to support retailers.
  • Reviews product safety test data and generates certificates of compliance.
  • Creates reports and proposals to enable management to make key decisions on compliance issues.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of product regulatory compliance experience.
  • Well versed in Mexico and Brazil consumer product regulatory bodies and frameworks. Knowledge of U.S. and Canada wireless, safety and other consumer product regulations preferred.
  • Experience developing product regulatory compliance processes.
  • Advanced Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese language skills
  • Undergraduate degree plus relevant work experience.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $80,293 - $120,439 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Please see our for more benefits information.
