**Description**

**Duties:**

* Proactively communicate with The Homesteads owners on a periodic basis to educate them on upcoming events on property.

* Build confidence, rapport, and positive relationships with The Homesteads owners through frequent communication and providing a white-glove experience.

* Assist The Homesteads owners with travel itineraries including lodging, Club activities, Sporting Grounds activities, local transportation, off-premise events, etc.

* Assist The Homesteads Caretaker Program Director with developing current and future programming for The Homesteads owners.

* Assist The Homesteads Caretaker Program Director with planning and executing periodic events for The Homesteads owners. Review and familiarize yourself with all activities and events taking place on property and in the local community.

* Make and confirm all reservations including tee times, dining, pontoons, shuttle, lodging, tennis, recreation, fitness, member events, etc. for The Homesteads owners.

* Answer and accurately document all calls for reservations and inquiries pertaining for The Homesteads owners in a professional and courteous manner.

* Check Departmental & Personal email and return messages promptly.

* Notify Management if anything seems amiss with system set-ups for tee times and reservations.

* Log any maintenance concerns and provide service recovery to guests.

* Interface with Ritz Carlton reservation staff to book and confirm reservations for The Homesteads property owners.

* Foster positive relationships and rapport with other departments across Reynolds Lake Oconee and the Ritz Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee.

* Promote an environment of teamwork and collaboration.

* Promotes the Companys Service Standards.

* Build trust and mutual respect among co-workers, property owners, guests, shareholders, partners, and suppliers.

* Passionately pursue exceptional quality in all aspects of our business.

* Demonstrate an unerring commitment to fellow co-workers and property owner and the responsible stewardship of the environment.

* Adhere to all Company policies.

* Perform other duties as directed by Management.

**Qualifications:**

* 3 - 5 years of office-related and customer service experience.

* Knowledge of the hospitality and golf industry is preferred.

* Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Word & Excel.

* Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.

* Must possess a pleasant speaking voice and skills of diplomacy & tact while dealing property owners

* Ability to handle multiple calls while maintaining a calm demeanor.

* Job requires the ability to work weekends & holidays. Flexible scheduling is mandatory due to 365 days of operation.
