**Summary Objective:**

Create a welcoming environment for all members by leading a team of Front Desk Attendants who exceed service expectations.

**Essential Functions:**

* Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time

* Supervise and provide a motivating environment for team to achieve or exceed all team and individual service goals

* Recruit, hire, and mentor Front Desk staff

* Implement all Front Desk standard operating procedures

* Achieve monthly revenue and operating income goals

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Ensure effective operations, cleanliness, and staff relations according to company standards

* Mentor Front Desk staff through new hire development program

* Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to all staff

* Coordinate staff meetings on a regular basis

* Communicate club activities and procedures to Front Desk staff

* Track all point-of-sale interactions with members for successful completion

* Create employee schedules and track time and attendance of all employees within department

* Verify and approve Front Desk payroll bi-monthly

* Review and manage Front Desk expenses and oversee budget compliance

* Attend all mandatory trainings, meetings and development courses

* Maintain personnel files for all Front Desk staff

* Track inventory, order and restock items, and optimize inventory systems

* Promote sale of pro shop items, drinks, and supplements

* Oversee and coordinate Front Desk tasks including but not limited to member questions, vendor scheduling, charity donations, deposits, member giveaways, lost and found, and vending machine requests

* Assist in day-to-day club operations as part of the management team

* Act as Manager On Duty when required

* Understand and follow employee standards of conduct and ethics

* Understand and uphold club building, facilities, service, program, and emergency procedures.

* Assume other duties as assigned

* Work early morning, evening, and weekend hours as necessary

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**

**Required Experience, Education & Certifications:**

* High school diploma or GED required

* Current CPR/AED certification required

* Management experience preferred
