Union Wireless is a family-owned telecommunications provider that serves Wyoming, Northwestern Colorado, and parts of Utah and Montana. **A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CONTACT CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

As a Contact Center Customer Service Representative, you are the first line of contact for our customers. Starting with establishing a good rapport, you cheerfully answer customer calls and take ownership of all aspects of customer support through to resolution. With diplomacy, efficiency, and a willingness to "go the extra mile," you assist customers over the phone with billing, wireless sales, broadband sales, troubleshooting, and more. You make outbound calls to follow up with customers to ensure that their needs are met.

When not involved with phone calls, you keep busy by training to stay up to date on new processes, policies, and procedures as well as honing your overall customer service skills. To you, it is important to treat every customer like a neighbor, not a number. Here at Union Wireless, you receive regular feedback, recognition for a job well done, and ongoing training to help shape your skills and develop your professional abilities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* 21 years old or older

* Flexible schedule
