The Associate Director (ITOT Lead) is responsible for leading the Site Information Technology Operational Technology (ITOT) organization, ensuring the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of automation and IT processes related to control systems, equipment, IT applications and utilities on site.

Key responsibilities

* Manage the site ITOT team consisting of automation and IT associates.
* Align with the Global and Regional ITOT Leads on the ITOT strategic direction for the site.
* Work with the Global ITOT teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
* Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders in the site leadership team on both operational and project activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site leadership.
* Manage the budget and project pipeline for the team.
* Support capital projects and smooth transitions to operations.
* Ensure site audit readiness for IT and OT.
* Ensure 24x7 Support and high reliability for ITOT systems.
* Oversee team performance and provide feedback.
* Develop and implement maintenance and upgrade plans.
* Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and security protocols.
* Coordinate with vendors and partners for support and procurement.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $136,800 and $205,200 year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Role Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, automation, engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT or Automation, in a GMP Pharma environment.
* Previous Aseptic experience is preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of automation systems and IT infrastructure.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in managing budgets and project pipelines.
* Familiarity with GMP regulations and compliance standards.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
