Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care in North Central Indiana

Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru, IN, has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the outpatient primary care team.   Experienced APP preferred but will consider a new grad.    

Details of Position:

• Outpatient only - general primary care practice
• Manage variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Develop ongoing relationships with patients in small community
• See patients through life span:  Newborn to end of life
• Collaborative relationship with primary care physician
• Opportunity to develop practice for new and existing patients
• Call responsibilities during the day only
