Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly creative, skilled, and results-oriented Multimedia Designer to lead content creation and graphic design initiatives, supporting new lead generation and resident retention for our residential communities. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will work on diverse projects across various media, utilizing your proficiency in design software to craft innovative graphic solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation and graphic design to support new lead generation and resident retention for our residential communities.
• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using Adobe Creative Cloud software to visualize and
• develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand
• expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company and brand voice appropriately.
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, social media, paid media, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and other print and digital marketing materials. 
• Produce and edit captivating Instagram Reels designed to effectively convert prospects into leads.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines in coordination with management.
• Develop concepts by hand or with software and execute original content determining ideal
• usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Manage the design and organization of all project material, understanding best practices
• for using content management systems.
• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market
• to design and execute specific classifications to drive residential leads, engagement, and
• retention.
• Assist with activation to create memorable touchpoints for residents and prospects.

Professional Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• 3+ years in professional graphic design 
• 3+ years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro etc.
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of Social Media content creation and trends
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Photography and Video experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
• Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training
