Production Operator 2024 - Full-time / Part-time

We're looking for Production Operators based in Kokomo, IN only. Production Operators perform a variety of functions. In this role, selected individuals could be responsible for preforming a variety of jobs in battery assembly. The production operator is responsible for operating the standard procedures of lithium-ion battery production with manufacturing equipment.

 

Additional responsibilities include:

• Conducting quality checks
• Engaging in basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance throughout the production process
• Collecting qualifying products and package for shipment
• Monitoring and interacting with computerized manufacturing equipment to produce batteries and check equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity
• Checking all work orders, instructions, and specifications on the production check sheet before starting every production lot.
