Civil Engineer Job Details
Frankfort, KY
Monday - Friday work week | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm | $23 - $30/hour depending on experience
- No Weekends
- Business casual dress code
- Immediate start date
- Temp with intent to hire
Engineer Requirements:
- Civil Engineering Degree
- Data management skills
- Highschool diploma/G.E.D.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
About the Engineering Role
- Coordinate quality control and data processing of statewide pavement testing for Kentucky State maintained highways
- Operation of three asset collection vehicle with cameras, GPS, LIDAR, and automated pavement crack detection system
- Process and correct data collected by these vehicles
- Prepare data for import into the KYTC Pavement Management System
- Minimal field work required for visual pavement assessment.
- Skills needed would be trained on the job
- Experience in data management, cloud storage, or Google BigQuery would be useful
