Evening Teacher/Closer

Montessori Kids Universe Katy is now seeking a strong, part-time
Afternoon Teacher which serves our Transition/Primary Classroom which
serves ages 2-6 years. We are looking for the right team player to
join our growing team! The hours for this position will be 2:00 pm -
6:30 pm.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

-Current CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain one quickly upon hire)

-Team player, patient, understanding

-Able to lesson plan and adapt to reggio-emilia-inspired curriculum

-Enjoys teaching, educating young minds, writing lesson plans,
organized and prepared daily for lessons

-Strong leader, effective and clear communication skills

-Able to work alone or in a group setting

-Able to adapt quickly, have control of the classroom

-Fun, energetic, outgoing

-Competitive when it comes to fun contests, challenges, etc.

This position is a part-time position and our ideal candidate will be
able to work Monday-Friday (No weekends unless there is an event),
able to work between the hours of 2:00 pm-6:30 pm, able to attend
monthly staff meetings once a month.

Our employees must be able to pass a background check, must have a
High School Diploma, authorized to work in the U.S.
