***THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION - 9 MONTH ASSIGNMENT ***
As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for administering the IT operations assets and inventory. This role is a hybrid role with a focus on being onsite.
Key Relationships:
Reports to: Director, End User Experience
Supervises: N/A
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for provisioning and de-provisioning of hardware and software, including but not limited to packing, shipping and receiving equipment.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive records and/or database containing information regarding licenses, warranties and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.
- Coordinate processes and documentation required for new asset acquisition, disposal, replacement and tracking of lost, stolen, broken assets.
- Work closely with IT management to monitor and minimize organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
- Adhere to approved budget
- Provide feedback to management on the quality throughout a product's lifetime.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote Organizational initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- BA preferred.
- Fundamental technology experience, working with MS Office suite
- At least 2 years of experience with asset management, inventory control
- Proficient with working in a database, MS Excel
Position Requirements:
- Hybrid position, requires the person to be in the office at least 3x a week
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift and handle 30lbs
- Average salary $27.50/hr, open to further discussion based on geography.
