The System and Process Assurance group at Withum is experiencing significant growth driven by market demand for SOC 1, SOC 2, SOX, and ISO 27001 related services. Our team is seeking an experienced ISO 27001 Senior Consultant who will immediately contribute to the expansion of our market presence, by applying strong technical expertise and interpersonal skills. The ISO 27001 Consultant can be based out of any of our U.S. office locations (New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Braintree, MA; Woburn, MA; Princeton, NJ; Whippany, NJ; East Brunswick NJ; Red Bank, NJ; Baltimore, MD; Bethesda, MD; Orlando, FL; San Diego, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Orange County, CA; San Francisco, CA; or San Ramon, CA, WA) or remotely within the U.S. As an ISO 27001 Consultant, you will build and lead the practice for the ISO 27001 implementation and consulting engagements.

How you'll spend your time:

• Conducting ISO 27001 Readiness Assessment and preparing Gap Assessment reports
• Performing detailed ISO 27001 driven risk assessments
• Assisting clients with implementation of Information Security management System (ISMS) framework
• Developing ISO 27001 specific procedure and policy documents as a part of the implementation effort.
• Assisting clients and providing them guidance in their ISO 27001 certification efforts

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to:

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems or IT required
• At least 3 years of direct ISO 27001 implementation experience as a consultant
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently on engagements
• Bachelor's degree in management information systems or IT
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification required
• CISA certification preferred
• Experience in data privacy standards like GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27701 is a plus

California/Washington State ranges are from $75,000 - $105,000
Washington, D.C. ranges are from $80,000 - $110,000
NYC ranges are from $75,000 - $105,000
