What the day will look like

  • Assess employee production performance and where appropriate participates in decisions involving disciplinary and corrective action. Provides feedback and recommendations on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) production.
  • Provides performance feedback, conducts training and identifies development opportunities.
  • Organizes resources to accommodate workflow; assigns work to specialists.
  • Operates as the point of escalation for account service teams and carrier markets.
  • Ensures review and resolution of financial metrics for the region are completed.
  • Assesses work performed by staff members to verify that specialists identify and meet relevant compliance requirements necessary to process PASC deliverables.
  • Monitors resources and transactions to ensure the necessary activities are occurring to meet PASC deliverables or work types as requested.
  • Audits performance to determine if client fulfillment is in accordance with client's expectations as it relates to timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. Troubleshoots and resolves client issues around PASC deliverables.
  • Provides direction and guidance to team members who are confronted with unfamiliar or complex client issues.
  • Participates in the development of client solutions with the ACS, PASC and ARS Field Office Management.
  • Collaborates with associate one-one-ones as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Typically, 3 or more years of client service experience and over 7 years of commercial insurance and/or related business experience.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
