Associate Designer | Project Manager

To support our growth we are currently seeking an accomplished Designer | Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Position commensurate with experience. ​​​​​​

Responsibilities:

• Assist and Collaborate with Principal and Design Director in all project needs
• Commincate clearly and succinctly with Designers, Clients, Vendors & Team
• Produce, manage and execute deadlines and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
• Accurately document and specify selected furnishings and construction materials
• Organize and maintain detailed documentation per established processes
• Follow up and follow through with all details of the design process
• Maintain project knowledge and track revisions with accuracy
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude and sense of urgency

Experience & Education

• Minimum 2 years of releveant project management experience in interior design, construction or architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture

​Qualifications:

• Proficency with MS Office Suite and Google
• AutoCad proficiency
• Strong ability to clearly communicate
• Excellent organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, quality and precision
• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative to identify and develop and implement solutions
• Professional, reliable, polished and collaborative
• Ability to demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks to meet various deadlines without immediate and constant supervision
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse projects and responsibilities
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks, be resourceful, use good judgement, and exhibit self-confidence
