Banquet Server

Greet guests with a smile and pleasant disposition in a timely manner. Server greets Guests, shows appreciation and takes beverage order within 2 minutes. Water delivered within 2 minutes (where applicable).Food delivered within course time. Clean and reset tables

Must be familiar with all Wine, Drink, and Food Items. Observe and anticipate guest's needs, keeping table cleared between courses, and beverages filled throughout their meal. Complete assigned side work and additional daily tasks. Inform immediate supervisor if situations arise with guests or fellow team members that cannot be handled directly. Serve table completely, serving all sides and accompaniments in a timely manner according to all Standards and Sequence of Service. * Know the ingredients of each menu item.

* Know the potential allergens (i.e., nuts, dairy, seafood, fish, gluten, etc.) in each menu item - as well as if the dish can be modified and/or the allergens omitted for a Guest with a specific allergy. Know the portion size of each item.

* Know the plating standards for each item.

* Know the finish work for each item.
