Job Summary:

As the Inventory/Supply Planner Analyst, you are expected to lead meetings with cross-functional teams, including Nogales Operations, to drive decision making and alignment on the monthly and long-term Supply forecasts with rigorous analysis resulting in options, risk scenarios, and recommendations. You will work with the Inventory and Purchasing teams to set key target levels across entire supply chain, assessing safety stock need, customer requirements, and establishing a market-driven inventory strategy for key Finished Goods and Raw Material items.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Able to travel up to 10% - domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration
  • APICS CPIM / CIRM, CSCP, Lean / Six Sigma, and/or PMP certifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Supply step for an LOB within the company's Salesand Operations Planning process

  • Ensure Finished Good deployment plans and execution support Inventory and Demand plans

  • Leverage inventory management information systems tools to rationalize SKU's, align Finished Goodssourcing decisions, and optimize inventory while meeting Product Availability targets

  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on supply chain related plans andissues, metrics, and best practices

  • Ensures optimal supply chain network and routes-to-market design for designated LOB(s) to deliveragainst customer and business strategies through network model design, deployment execution, andexternal benchmarking

  • Contribute to the annual budget and operating plan development process by leveraging ongoingInventory and Capacity plans and underlying casual assumptions

  • This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain function
