We are seeking a Construction Project Manager/Site Lead for an upcoming proposal we hope to be awarded based in Washington D.C. This will be a full time, onsite position.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Puyenpa team that will potentially be supporting our efforts at a WWII war memorial in downtown Washington D.C. The main requirements of the role include:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Puyenpa team that will potentially be supporting our efforts at a WWII war memorial in downtown Washington D.C. The main requirements of the role include:
- A minimum of 5-years of direct project management experience and expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance and repair that includes a background in electrical power supply systems, water pumps, water filtration systems, water treatment systems, and ancillary components that support large, illuminated fountain systems.
- Previous project experience must have a minimum contract dollar value of $250,000.00. Each project need not have all the foregoing requirements if the breadth of experience reflects experience in all the referenced Disciplines.
- Project Manager/Site Lead shall be available between 6:00 a.m. to 2:30p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when there is a government directed closing.
- Project Manager/Site Lead shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
