Psychiatrist - Remote

Avel eCare Behavioral Health provides emergency departments, inpatient behavioral health and medical inpatient units with expert telehealth evaluations from mental health professionals. Supported facilities have 24/7 access to our interdisciplinary behavioral health team who assist with admission support, medication management, and assessment services. Avel eCare Behavioral Health Services is currently in 34 sites and 8 states.

Utilization of an innovative interdisciplinary model allows our provider to focus their work on pertinent clinical decision making and reduces documentation by the provider. Willingness for nocturnal shifts will be given preference.

General Hours: 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p CST or 7p-7a CST, including weekends and holidays.

• Physician is able to work from home with flexible shifts!

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• MD or DO degree is required.

CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:

• Board eligible is required.
• Board certified and trained in Psychiatry is required within 3 years of start date.
