Patient Driver

Essential Functions:

* Transport admitting and discharging patients.

* Respond and adhere to "on call" schedule as required.

* Accurately and appropriately complete all transportation documentation.

* Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid State Driver's License required with an acceptable driving record.

* First Aid, CPR, and de-escalation certification required (training offered by facility).

* Excellent Customer Service skills

* High School diploma/GED required

* Staff must have the COVID-19 vaccine or request a religious/medical exemption at the facility in lieu of the vaccine.
