United Health Services is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse- Tioga County NY to join our Home Care Skilled Nursing 07 department at UHS Home Care TTHH in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$35.26 - $56.53 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

Manages the nursing needs of assigned patients from admission to discharge ensuring patients receive quality nursing care provided in a financially responsible manner. Responsible for the provision of skilled nursing services and teaching in the home. Works with the Nursing Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a patient specific plan of care in accordance with the physician’s orders.

Qualifications

***Qualified RN's are eligble for up to $15,000 Sign on bonus***

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

Graduate of an approved RN program OR a non-approved program supplemented by content equal to an approved program.
Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Med/Surgical/Certified home care experience.

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
