We need a talented and experienced *RN Unit Manager* to help oversee our nursing staff at *Stonespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation* in *Dayton, OH*.
*$72,500 to $82,500 Per Year*
*You'll Be Responsible For:*
* Overseeing the daily Nursing Department operations
* Maintaining compliance with Department of Health regulations
* Promoting excellent customer service experience and clinical outcomes
* Analyzing trends and implementing solutions for quality assurance initiatives
* Completing daily documentation and clinical chart reviews
* Overseeing staffing levels, work schedules and assignments for staff
* Performing personnel management duties
* Participating in recruiting, training, and development of staff
*You'll Need to Have:*
* A Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
* Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English
* Familiar with federal and state laws governing long-term care
* Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
* Superior customer service skills
* Strong physical assessment skills
