The Stella Hotel & Ballroom in Kenosha is looking for a fun and outgoing person to join our team and work as a part time Night Auditor at our front desk.

As a Night Auditor on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
  • Check hotel guests in and out.
  • Makes reservations for guests.
  • Provide information to guests on the hotel as well as the surrounding area.
  • Keeps desk area stocked with necessary materials.
  • Post charges and ensure overall proper payment.
  • Using Night Audit checklist, and run close-out reports and back-ups.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
  • Ability to work between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
  • Good personality and positive interpersonal skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests regarding all aspects of their hotel stay.
  • Dependability and regular attendance.
  • Previous customer service experience and/or sales experience.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including the use of percentages.
