About this job
Performing routine maintenance around the building such as maintenance of the grounds, windows, door hardware and light
Have a basic knowledge of electrical. (IE: the ability to install a ceiling fan or change a basic wall lighting fixture.)
Abilty to change out/replace and install plumbing fixtures like faucets, water spouts and bath drains.
Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof
Proactively fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Painting throughout the building when old paint has become faded or chipped.
Ability to communicate with guests and staff members in English.
Preferred qualifications:
