Job Summary

  • The Medical Technologist is responsible to collect samples and perform tests to analyze body fluids, tissue, and other substances for a wide variety of purposes as ordered by a Provider. Data is used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Life Sciences is required 
  • 1 year experience preferred.

Certification, Licensure, Registration

  • American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification.

Work Schedule

  • Varied day/evening/night shifts
  • Weekday - 10 hour shifts; Weekend - 12 hour shifts 
  • PRN - Work as needed

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

  • $27.50 - $41.50 per hour
