Come join our team as a Commercial Support Specialist to support our remote Treasury & Deposit Ops team. As the Commercial Support Specialist you will provide tier 1 and 2 support for business Online banking clients and branch staff. You will onboard, train, and assist business online banking clients, monitor Online Banking transactions along with conducting research, account and customer reviews, report reviews, report creation, Positive Pay template creation, maintain records, maintain online banking accounts and resolve problems within given authority.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary support for Business internet banking, ACH originators, Merchant Capture (RDC) originators, Wire originators, BillPay clients, Check Positive Pay clients, ACH Positive Pay clients, and originated transactions.
  • Secondary support for reviewing and authorizing wires.
  • Assist with creating and updating procedures, welcome packets, and TM forms to improve efficiencies and reduce risk.
  • Create and update reports within the Reporting Model System and BI.
  • Assist with Risk Assessments.
  • Adopt and practice a commitment to social, economic, environmental, and racial equality.
  • Demonstrate interest in contributing to and working by Climate First Bank's Core Values.
  • Possess the initiative to obtain education related to sustainability practices.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and follow established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations, cognizant of transactions, inquiries that appear suspicious, obtaining reasonable and verifiable explanations, notifying the
  • Compliance Officer when necessary; completion of all web-based compliance training; resolution of all issues concerning BSA report reviews of suspicious activity and or cash transactions.

Specific Requirements:

  • Ability to complete assignments with little oversight and supervision.
  • Strong accounting and math skills.
  • Ability to deal with routine changes often.
  • Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers, employees, and Bank management.
  • Good organizational and communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent computer skills including extensive use of Windows, Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Prior banking sales, service and management experience.

Physical Demands:

  • Sustained standing and sitting;
  • Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
  • Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
