Responsibilities:
- Posts the daily receipt summaries
- Verifies that receipts
- Prepares accounting journal entries as assigned
- Reviews and maintains general ledger monthly for accuracy
- Prepares monthly closing entries
- Prepares selected monthly financial reports
- Records payroll transactions in general ledger
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Utilize financial reporting experience
- Prepares various reports
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5:00pm.
- Must have at least 1 year of recent and relevant experience.
- Experience reconciling accounts
- Strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Detailed, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with Quickbooks Software preferred.
