Media Admin Manager

We are looking for a Media Admin Manager who knows the ins and outs of the media backend. You are not only obsessed with media budgeting, invoicing and billing, but you enjoy what comes after a campaign... the reconciliation process!!!!
This person can...
- Be a bridge between the Finance, Project Management and Activation departments, ensuring communication and numbers are flowing efficiently.
- Identify technical and process enhancements to our billing process that can both benefit our clients and our internal teams.
- Work closely with finance to ensure that any corrections between the media and financial platforms are made in a timely manner and efficiencies are being created to eliminate errors.
- Manage media billing. This is an ongoing, recurring process and requires keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- This includes, but is not limited, data entry of insertion orders, entering monthly incoming invoices, generation of outgoing invoices, and budget reconciliation.
- Ensuring that all individual client billing needs are being met and that proper documentation has been provided to finance before invoicing takes place.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with Strata and Workamajig
