CDL A or B Local Delivery Drivers in Sandston, VA - Now Hiring

As a member of our CDL driving team you will interact with customers daily to manually unload/deliver pre-sold products from our Distribution Center to their account locations in a safe and efficient manner. Compensation

• CDL-B:   $23 an hour
• CDL-A:   $24 an hour
•  Average of 40-55 hours a week
  • Time and a half overtime pay
  • $2,000 sign-on!
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule 

• Home every Night!
• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday
• Shift: 5:00am - Finish
• Cross-dock driving position delivering products from our Sandston warehouse to our Virginia Beach and Roanoke locations.  Can make multiple trips back and forth between these locations in the same night but will be home every morning.
• Level of Touch: Touch freight – unloading with electric pallet jack

Equipment

• late model trucks with 53' trailers
• Automatic or manual (No restrictions)
• No Slip seating

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age  
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL A or B (Commercial Driver’s License)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in related area
• Clean MVR record as per our Company Fleet Safety Policy
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to lift 35-65 lbs on a regular basis
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 25 miles of Sandston, VA or be willing to relocate for this position if needed
