**Summary of Job:**

Establish a partnership with each team member of the Sales Team to maximize selling time, ensure accurate orders, achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately be a strong contributor to the achievement of the companys strategic goals. Apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work and communicate with all departments within the organization.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Collect telephone, email and/or internet inquiries from potential customers. Follows up on inquires and advises appropriate salesperson of opportunity.

* Processes all requests for quotations from outside salespeople.

* Maintains a quote log for all quotes to customers.

* Processes all quotes from engineering. Reviews margins, installs quotes into a sales presentation format and forwards to the appropriate salesperson.

+ Continually modifies quote layout for customer presentation

* Works with management on sales strategies and initiatives to ensure the program directly reflects the overall strategic plan of the company.

* Processes and inputs all machine sales orders

* Ensures that all appropriate people are notified when an order is entered so procurement can begin to meet ship dates.

* Creates order verification and forwards to the appropriate people.

* Updates and maintains machine serial information.

* Processes all Field Modification Orders (FMOs) to ensure the parts get procured in a timely manner.

* Prepares periodic reports for management as necessary or requested.

* Complete any projects assigned by the Vice President of Sales and/or Vice President/General Manager and other sales support functions that may arise as staffing requirements and business evolution dictate (Aftermarket Support).

* Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments as needed to meet company/team goals.

* Lead and CRM Management:

+ Manage online chat tool

+ Coordinates and vets potential prospect list for outside sales team

+ Manage CRM and keep data current

+ Participates in development, implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns.

* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Job Requirements:**

* Bachelors degree in Sales or Marketing

* At least 3 to 5 years of sales support or customer service experience
