Logistic Coordinator

Manage oilfield commodity operations and logistics, including but not limited to effectively communicating with customers, carriers, and onsite coordinators to support delivery and coordination operations at sites. The major components of this role are to provide daily coordination and planning for last-mile logistics based on ongoing job(s) and their ever-changing activities. Must deliver direction and guidance in non-routine situations, documenting action required and providing customer information as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be attentive to all operations and on-site coordinators, ensuring that work is completed promptly and accurately.
• Responsible for the operational execution of last-mile logistics plans.
• Manage the overall process of oilfield commodity deliveries.
• Identify ways to improve team processes and methods to decrease cycle time.
• Generate ideas for special projects to create operational efficiency
• Ability to take on and complete special projects
