Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision of a physician, performs a variety of clinical and clerical responsibilities to assist care providers in examination and treatment of patients. Schedules/registers patient appointments, verifies insurance and performs check in/check out and charge entry functions. Enters pertinent information in patient chart.

REQUIREMENTS:

Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
3-5 years of experience.
American Heart Association CPR Certification.
