Administrative/Warehouse Associate

The Administrative Assistant routes calls, takes customer payments and assures that customers receive great service by telephone and in person. This Associate is also responsible for general business office functions and assisting in the warehouse.

Position Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate individual/department
• Run credit cards for customers
• Filing, purging paperwork
• Organizing supplies, filling copy machines, general office duties
• Occasionally cover front desk: Greet/welcome visitors and guests, sign for packages, process mail as required

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Unloading trucks
• Receiving material
• Put-away of material
• Picking customer orders
• Staging customer orders for delivery
• Loading customer delivery trucks

Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Administrative experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience with billing/invoices 
• Forklift experience
• Experience working in a warehouse
• Experience using RF Scanners
