Mover/Packer/Team Lead

We are looking for motivated individuals whom are interested in more than "just another job". Our company is expanding quickly and we need people interested in getting more out of life. We have multiple positions available from entry level moving to management of operations. We are currently in need of team leads and are hiring NOW.

We are a customer service based company first and a moving company second. We take care of our employees and in return our employees take care of our clients. 

Perks:

• 17-20/hr

• $500 sign on bonus after 90 days (plus $1/hr raise)

Essential functions and duties:

• Prioritize customer service and creating a positive experience for clients through out the entire move
• Safely pack and protect clients home and items
• Lifting goods, loading and unloading trucks, safely and appropriately utilizing lifting straps, dollies, walk boards, tensioners, etc.
• Communicate updates to both clients and and dispatch
• Walk throughs before and after moves
• Collaborate with co workers to make the most efficient plan
