Solaris Residences is seeking a talented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our team in delivering unparalleled service to our guests.

Duties include:

• Perform standard Front Desk duties including but not limited to: Check-ins, Check-outs, Guest Billing, Reservations, and assist MOD as business and staffing levels require.
• Respond to, investigate, and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Ensure personal performance and standards of Solaris Residences and East West Hospitality are upheld by self and staff through leadership & coaching.

Location: Solaris Residences - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $26/hr

Schedule: 3pm - 11pm/5 days per week

Minimum Requirements

• Previous Hospitality/Customer Service-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• College education preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of office applications, PMS, and basic computer skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents in English. Ability to respond to common inquiries and complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community in English.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a state of Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record.
